Restoring Our Heritage

Our Mission

Our mission is a simple one: to get the most iconic, wonkiest pub in the Black Country rebuilt. The road to get there isn't as easy.

The Crooked House, a cherished landmark built in the 18th century, but in August 2023 the Crooked House suffered a tragedy – set ablaze in the cover of night by ne'er-do-wells and illegally demolished mere days later.

But from the ashes, a united spirit emerges, as fiery as a phoenix.

What We're Doing

The Crooked House represents more than just bricks and mortar; it symbolises our connection to the past, our sense of historic identity, and the values we all hold dear.

The destruction of the Crooked House has ignited international attention, a testament to the collective power of preserving our heritage and standing up against those who would erase it. By continuing to raise awareness and advocate for change, we will see our beloved building rise from the ashes once more.

A Long Road Ahead

We understand that our ultimate goal, the resurrection of the Crooked House, is a monumental undertaking. It  will require time, resources, and unwavering dedication. Yet, we are determined and we will not stop making noise.

The Crooked House is a symbol of our history and our community; it's worth every effort to restore it.

But we can't do this alone. We need your support in raising awareness. Tell your family, your friends, write letters to your MPs, to your local news. Tell them what the Crooked House meant to you. Together, we can rebuild our Black Country heritage.

Together, we are the keepers of our history.
